LonTrend LTSX02 Stainless Steel Pan Tilt System recently supported FLIR thermal camera to secure Baltic electronic industries. Dedicated to use up down position, LonTrend customized assigned tilt degrees and relayed the cable leads from LTSX02 to suit better the project requirements.
Constructed from Exd IIC T6 explosion making ratio, LTSX02 perfectly protected built-in thermal camera to use in hazardous areas. Germanium (Ge) glass window capable to provide good transmission for wavelengths in the range of 2 μm to 14 μm, i.e. LWIR (Long-wavelength infrared), was used in this project.
Due to its high index of refraction (around 4.0) requirement, an coating was applied on the germanium glass window for better transmission in the region of interest.
